Challenge

Daikin's existing Salesforce platform lacked the B2B features and business tooling the business needed at scale. It had no real-time integration with SAP, making customer self-service — reprinting invoices, viewing real-time order status, paying online — impossible. Daikin also needed a digital platform capable of supporting multi-language, multi-currency, and both B2B and B2C storefronts from a single stack.

Solution

DSS replatformed Daikin's digital channel on Intershop with a real-time SAP integration layer and DIAS-driven B2B self-service. We launched a combined B2B + B2C site for Puerto Rico in four months, built rep-assisted ordering tools (account selection, order templates, order history, invoice lookup), and enabled Daikin's business users with Intershop ICM tooling rather than channel-locked admin consoles.

Industry: Largest private-label lubricant manufacturer in North America. Distributes automotive aftermarket across the top 400 brands.

Challenge

Highline Warren was running multiple legacy digital portals and needed to consolidate them into a single platform with an Amazon-class user experience and deep self-service. Search was returning poor results, driving revenue to competitors and frustrating customers. Portal adoption and online revenue had been declining for two years in a row.

Solution

DSS launched a unified B2B + B2C portal on Intershop in under four months, built on our DIAS accelerator for speed and on-day-one B2B tooling. We rebuilt search and personalization on AI-driven relevance, layered in extensive self-service (order status, invoice access, customer-specific catalogs), and aligned the portal's UX to what buyers already expect from consumer e-commerce.

Challenge

Rapid market growth put scalability and operational agility at the top of KION North America's priority list. A competing cloud platform was delivering an unattractive UX that was costing the company order volume and customer satisfaction. Leadership committed to moving to Intershop's cloud solution — but the migration had to preserve day-to-day online operations and CSAT while it happened.

Solution

DSS rebuilt KION's digital channel on Intershop Cloud with a customer portal tailored for dealers and sub-dealers, plus a web-based administration portal for KION's customer-support teams to manage relationships at scale. Role-based workflows gave buyers, approvers, and administrators instant access to the right information. The hardest part of the program — deep, real-time SAP integration — was solved using SAP's Java Connector inside Intershop's Architecture Framework to call SAP BAPI functions natively.

Challenge

Trenois was running legacy PHP-based portals that could not support the Group's expansion strategy or the acquisition of new companies. The business needed a fully headless implementation with 70,000 products online, an Intershop PWA front-end, a new API-driven catalog, and the ability to stand up sites for acquired companies quickly.

Solution

DSS implemented a full-headless commerce program on Intershop PWA with DIAS, connected the catalog to QUABLE and AS400 through Intershop's API Manager, and deployed Intershop Site Factory to roll out new storefronts for acquired entities on a shared core. Customer-specific catalogs, prices, and promotions were built into the platform, along with quote management for public-sector buyers and a 3D configurator on complex SKUs.
