DSS Partners has 17 years of technical and B2B industry experience. We used it to build DIAS, our accelerator for both Intershop Responsive and Intershop PWA. DIAS delivers an optimized Web 2.0 user experience and B2B capabilities that are not present in Intershop's standard product.

Because our stores are built as Intershop cartridges, every customer keeps their features whether we install them net-new or into an existing Intershop site. We've also shipped an AI Chatbot and a suite of Business Intelligence APIs in Intershop that integrate with our SaaS reporting solution, KPIsnsite — or with any BI tool you already run.

And because DIAS comes with pre-built data integrations, we can stand up a new channel or site in three days.

DIAS brings the full quote lifecycle inside the portal — not as a request form that dumps into email. Buyers open a line-item quote, adjust quantities, remove SKUs, add new SKUs from search, apply customer-specific pricing, and convert to order with a single action. Sales and approval workflows are built in.
